Il Programma "Europa per i Cittadini" mira ad avvicinare i cittadini europei all’Unione Europea, proponendosi di colmare la distanza, dalle istituzioni europee. Il Comune di Umbertide ha aderito al programma attraverso il progetto CAP.

Il progetto CAP – Comprendere, Agire, Partecipare è stato presentato dall’ Associazione CSC San Francesco  in collaborazione con il Comune di Umbertide all’interno del Programma  Europa per i Cittadini  – Gemellaggi tra città promosso dalla Commissione Europea.
L’Amministrazione Comunale e l’Associazione ringraziano tutti i partner e le numerose realtà locali che collaborano alla realizzazione del progetto

Le projet CAP – Comprendre, Agir, Parteciper a été présenté par la Municipalité de Umbertide en collaboration avec l’ Association CSC San Francesco  dans le cadre du programme  Europe pour les Citoyens  – Jumelage de villes, promu par la Commission Européenne.
L’Administration Municipale et l’Association remercient tous les partenaires et les nombreuses réalités locales qui collaborent à la réalisation du projet.

The CAP – Understand, Doing, Participating project was presented by the  Association CSC San Francesco  in collaboration with the Municipality of Umbertide within the European for Citizens Program –  Town Twinning , promoted by the European Commission.
The Municipality and the NGO thank all the partners and the numerous local realities that collaborate in the realization of the project.

Dear Applicant,

You have submitted an application to the "Europe for Citizens" programme, for the call for proposals of the action specified above. The call for proposals closed on 1 September 2017. The Education, Audiovisual & Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) received 447 applications for this call.

I am writing to inform you about the selection decision taken by the Director of the Agency, acting in his capacity as authorising officer, based on the recommendations of an Evaluation Committee assisted by external experts¹.

I am pleased to inform you that your application has been selected for EU co-funding. It received 74,5/100 points which is on or above the minimum threshold for funding of 72/100 points given the available budget.
